I completely agree with you! It’s frustrating to see items in the game that we can’t access, even when we’re willing to pay. If more of us express our dissatisfaction, maybe it will eventually lead to some change. Meanwhile, I’m really disappointed. I’ve tried contacting EA support several times and opened two cases: the first was closed without a solution, and in the second, they said they forwarded my request to another team… but honestly, I doubt it will get anywhere. It feels like our voices don’t really matter. At some point, if a real alternative to EA exists, it will be hard not to look elsewhere.
