Proposal Reaction

We have wedding but why not a proposal Reaction it's been over 10 years and still no reaction to proposals like near by NPC Sims they react to death, and fighting but not a proposal I would want NPC to feel overjoyed for the other Sims or feel like really you want to this here and now??? Like ohh lovebirds to ugh I can't stand lovebirds. You know. Like how can the Sims react to something negative like a fight or a death but they don't react to positive like a proposal. Are even telling a sim your engaged they don't kind of react but I want NPC to stop and look and react.
