@akaAgentChaos  You can buy most items in any save once you've earned them; I think the only exceptions are some consumables that you could make anyway.  The freezer boney should be accessible.

I don't know whether this will work, but you could try moving accountDataDB out of your Sims 4 user folder.  This reset progress for me on the tasks (not the claimed rewards though), but I hadn't finished either set.  However, this file also contains the data for the first round of login rewards, so don't delete it.  Just set it aside temporarily, and put it back when you've played through the tasks the second time, if you can.
