ariib3000 it's because it's a totally different product. It's manufactured by and purchased from another company and formatted, designed and licensed for a different platform. The console version isn't compatible with a PC or laptop. The Xbox version wouldn't work on a PlayStation.

Different platform equals not compatible. While I sympathize, it is reality. The formatting is just different and that also explains why there are times consoles don't always get the patches at the same time as PC. The release date on PC was in 2014 and the release date on consoles was in 2017. I believe they had to create a seperate team orginally to convert the PC game to console format. I understand not having all the packs you purchased. I now have 2 EA accounts because the EA app doesn't allow 2 computer to play the game at the same time. Origin used to allow that, but the EA app kicks you out or the game if another computer tries to open it. My kids and I like to play at the same time. One account on has base game while the other has everything I bought. My kids are thinking they might buy a couple of packs with sales after Christmas and that means we bought some packs twice.
