It sound like you would be interested in the Growing Together pack.
A pregnancy last 72hours too short a timespan for what you want. You have the morning sickness and I'm afraid that is all we will get.
Babies dying would be a no go as that would raise the games rating. EA is not going to risk the majority of their players for this.
