Re: Smog Vacuum Needed Earlier in Career

The smog vacuum is hard to get by. Personally I would have preferred if it was just available in the buy catalogue.

I often play spellcasters so I have them learn the repario spell as a workaround. (But I realise spellcasters aren't for everyone and require a seperate DLC)
