Re: Spooky Spirit tradition isn't achievable with only the Seasons Pack
It can be completed with a ghost which is base game or with an alien if you have Get to Work. I do agree with you though. It shouldn't mention vampires, carving pumpkins or playing spooky music if the packs that contain those things aren't present.
