@CDassau1, medicine would not be included in the Parenthood GP because sickness is only found with the Get to Work EP! 😉   And the medicine covers all Sims who get sick, so it doesn't' make sense for them to have to make a child's version that would do exactly what the regular medicine does.  You have an imagination... just pretend they gave a smaller dose of medicine to the child! 🙂

As for menstrual  cramps... those aren't' even in the game! 🤨 You are asking for EA to provide a fix to a Mod that you have? 🤔 Don't ask EA, ask the person who made the Mod that gives the ability to have menstrual craps to give a way to alleviate them! 💡

I totally agree that we need a Winter Vacation destination for the game!  Might be a bit tricky since not everyone has the Seasons EP 🤔, but for them maybe they could offer snow only in that world .  I hope they make a pack like this! 🤞 🥳

Fruits and vegetables are used in cooking.🙂  If you look at any recipe when you choose to cook something, there will be how many of each item you need for that dish.  For example you might need 2 potatoes and 1 parsley, or you might need 3 of any fruit.  If you have the produce on hand, your dish will cost a lesser amount than if you didn't have those items! 🙌

The "kitchen chopper" or food processor, was cute, and it made preparation a bit quicker in older versions of the game, but most people don't want another kitchen appliance in their game that takes up counter space!  This would be nice for large kitchens, but not so good for medium kitchens, and horrible for tiny kitchens! ☹️

There are tons of decorations to be used if you have the Seasons EP!  They come in various color combinations, many of wich are suitable for a kid's birthday party! 🥳  But cups and plate decorations would kind of be a waste since those items are really small in the first place. However, there are lots of table decorations, bunting, steamers, wall décor, and balloons to use ! 😇

We don't need more theme cakes... depending on your cooking skill level, we already have a white cake, chocolate cake, strawberry cake, winter cake, and blue confetti cake in the base game.  With other packs we have  zombie cake, hamburger cake, honey cake, coconut cake, and possibly more!  We also have gourmet cakes like the Black & White cake and the White & Black cake!   I find the chocolate, strawberry, and blue confetti cake perfect for kids' birthdays! 🙌
