I would like the color wheel from sims 3 into the sims 4. I would like more color options far as hair and clothes. Plus with the hair we can make rooms and stuff choose the color separate so it can look like it's dyed.

I love how diverse The Sims is with the range of preset colors yo can choose from for ski and hair, but it's still more limited than I would like. I'd enjoy if we could choose precisely what color we want our Sims' skin, hair, and eyes to be. Especially with aliens, the skin options aren't very diverse.And some of the eye colors for human Sims aren't that different from each other. I can barely tell the difference between the three hazel eye colors, but the biggest ones are the green (two of them) and blue eyes. I can barely see the difference to the point where I question why they even added two swatches of them if there's hardly a difference.The hair one especially is annoying to me too. The "white" hair swatch is more gray on most hairs. The "dye" colors are either too vibrant or not vibrant enough. Or there just aren't enough shades. My biggest one is the "purple" hair swatch. That's not purple, that's pastel.The darker skin tones also need darker hairs and makeup to go with them. My Sim would be super dark and it'd look great, but then the hair would be completely off and fake-looking because it wasn't dark enough. (I tried both black swatches of hair and neither worked.)

I like that when painting pets or werewolves, there's a color wheel so we can choose whatever colors we want, and we can make it perfect. With eyes and hair, the colors can vary for certain hairstyles, even if the same color is used. Blonde on one hairstyle might be a different shade on another hairstyle, or white on one type of eyebrow might not be the same shade on another eyebrow shape. The skin tone options are great too, but could definitely be better, specifically the miscellaneous colors. The red is too red and has hardly any change. I think it'd be better if we could choose whatever colors we want for our Sim for it to really be our Sim.

I’d really love to see more variety in white hair options, like silver with a hint of lilac and such! Plus, I totally agree that we need more color variations for natural hair. There are so many gorgeous shades of ginger, black, and brown out there, so it feels like the current choices are pretty limiting. And let’s talk about skin tones—some of them have the oddest undertones! I really don’t want my sim looking grey or orange! It would be awesome if they could give us better natural skin tones, and the same goes for unnatural ones. The current selection feels very restricted, and I think it really holds back our creativity.

There also isn't a good strawberry blonde hair color. Which is crazy. 5-7 shades of blonde and 3 shades of red and not a single red-gold hair. Which is the most common red hair I've seen irl. So many of skin colors are still...weird. Either too grey or too red or too yellow. It is so much better than it used to be. But I forgot how weird the swatches are when I remove my Mods Folder.

We need color wheel for eye and hair colors. If you can't add this just give us so many shades with sliders just like skin tones. It's a life simulator game but lacks options for eye and hair colors in character customization and it's unacceptable. Please, give us more eye and hair colors!

I'm down for the sliders idea. If implemented really well there would probably be less need for preset swatches taking up room, leaving more space to choose and save the colors you really want. The color wheel, I'm afraid I remain wary of thinking of the high likelihood of the game freezing while using it and it either crashing or you have to do a hard shut down.

Judging by how bad updates are, It seems like a poor excuse to not add it. I don't even use PC I use my PS4. They need more experienced people working on this game than. Or just add the color purple to the hair color selection.. there's two shades of Pink but no purple? Kinda stupid don't you think? How are they gonna take away the color wheel with that lame excuse than give us an incomplete color pallete? It's extremely frustrating tbh. I love creating Sims, and it feels so restrictive alot of the time. Least they could do is give us a complete color palette if they can't figure out how to add a friggin color wheel without screwing with the performance of consoles and PC.. I mean Everytime they even release a new Pack or Kit, it messes with the performance of the game, like not being able to cook or fishing is bugged out or your Sims wake up from sleeping prematurely etc etc, so it doesn't surprise me that they make an excuse for why they didn't add the color wheel. If they could figure it out for 3 than they can find someone that can for 4.

Edit: Other simmers have already mentioned that sliders would be a better option and I agree 💯!
Give us more color sliders for everything we could possibly recolor in the base game this includes landscaping, and CAS.
