Sims four apartments in say Machiuno

Dear Sims  team

I hope this message finds you well. I am a long-time fan of The Sims 4 and have greatly enjoyed the creativity and depth the game allows. However, I would like to suggest a feature improvement that would greatly enhance the customization of apartment buildings within the game.

As of now, apartments in San Myshuno (such as the LandGrab, Alto, and SPIRE apartments) cannot be fully modified or converted into penthouses, limiting the creative potential for players who wish to transform these iconic buildings. It would be wonderful if there were an option to customize the exteriors of these apartments, as well as the ability to turn them into penthouses or private residences, similar to other buildings in the game.

I believe this change would provide a significant improvement to the gameplay experience, offering more flexibility for players who enjoy designing and building in San Myshuno. Additionally, it would give players more options for personalization, helping to make the game world feel even more immersive and unique.
