Spouse is constantly accused of cheating even when she never did

I have a sim who constantly accused the other of cheating. Like she would be doing her own thing whether walking to the bathroom or watching tv and then she would immediately get accused of cheating....

My married female sim keeps getting popup texts from people on her phone that she was caught cheating on her spouse, but she never cheated and it drops her reputation when it does .

I'm getting this too, with non-Loyal sims. some actions seem to be flagged mistakenly as romantic, at least to people observing them. a consistent one is 'slap em silly' but I also just had it happen now with a couple where they were literally alone together in a room and one was watching TV, and i got the 'caught cheating' moodlet pop up for both and the wife suddenly was thinking of getting a divorce. he was literally just watching TV.
