"Styled Looks" Gallery Feature

Similarly to how Cupid's Corner grabs user-created sims from the gallery, it would be great to be able to scroll through user-created looks in different categories.

Being able to create one's own outfits and tag them appropriately would be incredible, and being able to share them around for people who aren't into fiddling around in CAS but want a quick nice outfit for their sims would be wonderful.
