Unfortunately, The Sims 4 is only available on PC, Mac, Linux, and consoles such as the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
The Sims 4 is most likely too heavy to be able to function on a mobile phone. Even if it were possible, it would be a lot more work to do to make it happen.
There is The Sims Mobile and The Sims FreePlay available to you on mobile, as well as a mobile version of SimCity.Hope this helps! 🙂
