Things I would love in Sims 4

I hate to use CC & Mods, having to keep them up to date and also running the risk of it interrupting my game play experience.

I would much prefer it if EA came up with a catalogue of items we could go in and purchase the items we would like for our own game play. I.e. shelves to store collectibles, (I love doing the collections challenges myself but trying to display them is another challenge in itself) Wallpaper to change our bedrooms up, new items of clothes, new piece of art, window dressings - blinds - curtains - pelmets - shutters. It would be great to buy these for like 50p an item because I am sure we would all end up buying everything they offer. 

I buy every expansion pack, kit etc that is released, but I never use things like the cracks in the walls, spider webs etc, i'd like the option of removing these or hiding them in my library so that I can go to the other items in the packs that I do like

I'd also love to have the "create your own" option from Sim 3 so that I can make my own decor.
