Butler and Nanny Trouble ?

Today I was trying to play my new married couple. When children are started I try to play them until the children become toddlers.. Any way she had twins and with both working and a butler that absolutely does not go near the babies at all even when I get the baby to ask for him to feed or bathe them. So I hired a nanny so they babies would have care while parents are working. Nope did not happen. The nanny came in went to the living room and never moved. The first one flirted with the sister of the babies father entered the house went to the living room and sat down and watched TV with the babies crying. I fired and did this through 4 nannies and a tried firing and the butler in hopes of getting one that would take care of the children did not happen they send the same blasted one back. I gave up and logged out with the parents home to care for the children. This is so stupid.
