Can i join Sims4 give away if my country isn't on the list of given countries

My country isn't on the list of available country. Can i put another country close to mine like Italy or is the give away simply not destined for me?

Do you mean the Eco Lifestyle giveaway in The Sims Discord? The giveaway is only available for the countries listed in the official rules, if your country is not listed there, you wouldn't be eligible for this giveaway.
