I have the same problem as Lylian78​  but in my case it's on my Xbox One.

I've already checked my internet access and it's fine, I've relinked my EA account and I still don't have access.

So I don't know what else I can do, could someone give me some tips?

Are you able to access the Gallery, or is that not working for you either?

At the time I didn't have access to the gallery, only to my library.

But I recently went back to the game and saw that the situation was resolved, including access to the gallery.

Hello, this morning I went back to the game on my Xbox, and again I don't have access to either the gallery or the event.
Similarly, there are other accounts on the same Xbox that also don't have access.
This makes it difficult to play the way we like to play. Could you please resolve the situation?

I am having this issue too but since I got the festive fronds, I haven’t been able claim anything since. I just seen “this reward is locked. Check back once the week starts” I’ve logged in daily since the event started. 

As the title says, I’ve been unable to claim anything since I’ve claimed the item “Festive Fronds Palm Tree”. Since then, I’ve not been able to claim anything of the rewards, I’ve just seen this pop-up on the following rewards “This Reward is locked. Check back once the week starts.”

I play on PlayStation 5 so obviously no mods or CC involved. 

Any advice on fixing this will be greatly appreciated as I am now less than 6 days left into the end of the event and I am facing losing the rewards I should have been eligible to claim.

Yes, I can access Gallery, I even had pop up info table about the event when I started the game, but there is no event in the game for me. I tried it few times, I did also “repair” in the EA app and no luck. 

The only change is the right info bubbles, no Christmas anymore. And one of the bubbles is also reminder of the event, when I click on it it doesn’t do anything. The other bubble with info about upcoming repairs on 13/1 is working without any issues. So the problem is only with the event, everything else is working well.

To be sure, you still have the event tab and not just the pop-up when starting the game ? Moving this over to the console thread as the other as solved.

I still have the event tab when I’ve the game playing. It still shows on the main menu and in game. But for some reason it stills shows that, I have reinstalled the game on my console and I still find it still says about checking in once the week starts.

I really don't know how to troubleshoot console. There's so many different issues it seems. You should be able to get one batch per day. Is it still stuck now ?

Do you have the event tab on the main menu, or just the news bubble?

I will test later when I’m home from work and check to see if it’s still stuck

I see the event tab on the main menu and and can open the bubble in game during play
