Crawdad Quarter Lots Not Loading

All four of the lots associated with the Crawdad Quarter neighborhood in Willow Creek will not load for me. The load screen just sits there. I've taken all mods out of my game, started a new game file folder, repaired the game, updated my drivers, and tried just building on the lots and visiting as well with an active family. Nothing seems to work. This issue seems to have started with the last update, 10-22-2024.

    ashesinchains  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find.  Remove the Mods folder as well.  Try again to load one of these lots, and see whether you get a new LE.  If you do, please attach it to a reply here.  You'll need to delete the first line of the file.
