Ok as I'm reading everyone's specs a good majority of you are running Sims 4 with an HD Graphics Family GPU, while it may run some games ok at minimum it's not a great card for gaming, a NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or equivalent is the bare minimum and the intel HD Graphics family actually falls a little short from the 6600, looks like you might need an upgrade.
