Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

So I bought the cats & dogs pack in September of last year. Recently, I had to redownload The Sims 4 after it got deleted, and now I suddenly don't own it. I can't redownload it without buying it, but it's still in my completed downloads on the EA app. This is incredibly upsetting since I spent a good amount of money on this, and the rest of my packs are still there and useable. I bought the pack through the store in game, as i have done with all of my other packs.
