Re: [FIXED] [LS] Infinite Loading Screen After Planning Date
What happens: When I try to load back into my home lot after leaving a date, I get an endless loading screen. To resolve this, I have to press the windows key, open task manager, and tell it to end the task for the Sims 4.
Patterns I've noticed: At first, I thought it was because I ended the date early ("cheerfully end date"). But I think it actually happens when my sim goes on a date with a gallery sim. I had my sims end a date cheerfully with a preexisting sim and didn't have the endless loading screen. All three times that it has happened, it's been after a date with a gallery sim.
For some reason, answers HQ isn't showing the option to create a bug report, so here is some relevant information:
- PC, Sims 4, not the Dx-11 version (whatever the original is)
- latest update as of 7/26/24 8:45am US Chicago, central time
- this save has no mods or cc and never has. I always play with a vanilla save when a new pack comes out. That way, any major bugs can be found without messing up my legacies and mods can be updated.
- I have most packs except a few kits.
