I just received the same message, except my error code was 123:ff93df2:ea94bc91

It happened while trying to load a family in Tartosa.

PS4 player. Had this issue since yesterday. Same message different code as well 123:98401F29:4F37256F

I also cannot travel to certain areas. I can't go to the award's ceremony in Del Sol Valley or the bubble tea shop. Since then I just gave up on The Sims4. No point in playing without traveling.

My game was working fine.... then randomly when asked on a date I was thrown this error code, and now every time I reload the save I get the same error

y'all i can't believe i'm not the only one that is experiencing this. i even tried reinstalling my whole game and nothing has worked. but knowing other people is going through the same makes me feel better in a strange way lmao. lovestruck's update really messed up our games 😪

after my sim was asked on a date to somewhere in de sol valley, my game crashed and it gave me that error code. when i loaded a different household in the save, it loaded just fine, but my sim is still in de sol valley and i cant even get to her. so is de sol valley now bugged bc of the new expansion update??

It's not just Del Sol, I wanted to go to the Stargazer Lounge to go on a date and I got the same error :( and it doesn't let me play with my sim now either, very frustrating

i tried to launch the game but it doesn't work.

I can't even start up my save file without the same error message popping up. I've repaired and restarted my pc multiple times and have no mods or cc downloaded. Slightly comforting to know that I'm not the only one struggling with this.

I was finally able to get around this bug today, partially. This happened to me trying to get to the award show in Del Sol and ive been trying for days to figure it out. But while I got my sim back and can travel fine now, the awards disappeared from the calendar and that award show never happened. Went to the location and sat through what would be the normal hours for it and nothing. Not sure yet if it'll fix itself or if that part of the pack is just messed all together. Trying to get through the in-game week now to see. Hopefully they will have all of this fixed soon.

this is happening to me too. it doesn't matter what save im in either now. i cannot launch the game at all, and the error code changes every time except beginning with 123.

i just uninstalled the whole game but it still does it again.
For example, I can't get to university places at all, or if Sims graduates, I can't participate because I get error 123
