Hi, 

I keep getting the above error whenever I try to travel in my Sims save. It only seems to be happening since the newer update. I've uninstalled The Sims 4 basegame and all the packs which I have purchased and later reinstalled. This 'fixed' the issue for a time, enabling me to once again be able to travel. I have also deleted the save on the chance it was somehow currupted and then went on the last file where everything worked. Again, this worked for a while but then it reoccured again later on. I'm a console user, have no mods or CC, I have many expansion packs, kits and game packs to this. Please can you advise me what more I can do to rectify this with some instructions as some things I may not be familiar with? If not, please let me know if steps are being taken to fix this issue.

    Same. I have Different numbers in the code after 123, but it's the same thing and I'm on PS5. Plus the only way I can get my sims out is evicting them and moving them back in ( Newly created and no friends to call them back yet). And, I did all the same actions with the same results.

    i have the same issue. it is preventing me from playing properly.

    Ok, so I managed to solve this one myself. What I did was uninstall and reinstall the game, which took some time and I also had to clear the Cache - not had any issues since then with it but I'll be back if it happens again.

    Hello again, another update. The error has occured again. I also believe this is only happening with the University location. My Sims can't travel to Britchester at all, kind of hard when you are in a career which is introduced with this pack. Please can you let me know if there are any other solutions or if this is still being investigated. Thanks
