There's not template anymore. There's some sticky threads in the side bar with info on how the new bug forum works.
Since you already have this thread, we can troubleshoot here though to be sure it's not something solveable.
So, now to be clear. The calendar has several things usually. The festivals, the holidays from seasons, events from get famous and graduation, prom and birthdays.
Do you have none of these ?
