female sims have no faces

hello, i got a new pc and i used to play my sims on mac before i got it. I downloaded it fresh yesterday and since logging in my female sims do not have a face but my male sims do? All my female sims have is teeth and hair, i do not have an cc as of yet or any mods i just opened the game to make sure it ran okay on my stream and see if all my packs were there. any advice pls and thank you. 

i have tried repairing the game completely uninstalling it and now im about to try uninstalling the whole app and resetting my entire pc
