Found Another Post Regarding Question
I don't have any mods for babies in my game nor do I have any default skins.
The only skins I have are from pralinesims and obscurus and as far as I'm aware, none of the skins are broken.

Thanks for report link. I've hit "me too".- What post did you find for this? I have the same issue with the baby skin color. I don't have any skin CC. This was the only current post I've seen for this.
