kathmayallxx As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other user content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can reproduce the error.
If the error does show up again, clear the EA App's cache and repair the game (again).
If that doesn't help, please let me know which lots are affected, if your sims can travel to some but not others; and whether traveling to these particular lots causes the error always or only some of the time.
halisimmer Have you tried loading multiple households in multiple worlds? I'm wondering whether the entire world is corrupt in some way. Please also let me know whether you see green or orange icons with exclamation points over any lots; this is a separate known issue.
You can also try your existing saves in a clean folder, as described above; and loading a backup save:
