Game failed to load error code 111:41812468

Hi everyone!

I wanted to play sims in the holidays and I needed to update my game so I did that, but then I encountered this issue.  I simply cannot play with any of my saved households in this way.

Did anyone else experienced this issue? Could you solve that?

What I have already did; repairing the game, clearing cache from game documents as well as the EA App, I also read about removing the pool from the lot, I had mods, I updated them, but I got to the point where I don't care if I don't have the mods, I'd rather have the family that I love. Even the new update didn't help. Also tried removing sims folder and starting game, which was good, but when I put my saves back to have my family, I got the issue again.

I just really wish to have my family with 3+ generations and I wish to see them.

    111 is usually a broken object on the lot, most often a place for custom food that was removed from the game.

    To fix it, load the lot in build mode and delete any empty plates you find. If you can't delete a certain plate, place it on a counter and delete the counter.

    are you usually using a mod that changed the age spans ? If so, I would check for updates on that and if that mod is cleared with the patch, put it back.

    Thank you so much! It loaded, my only problem right now is that everyone is aging up at the same time super fast.. Like my young adult is now an elderly within seconds, as it says that they have like 3x more days in that lifetime as it supposed to be. It happens with everyone, my household and npc as well. Like everyone is dying. Could it be solved by something, repairing?
