Game fails to load after I create a new sim

My Sims 4 game fails to load after i create a brand new sim. This started a couple weeks ago, but I knew the sims team had bugs to fix on Dec 2, 2025 so I figured it would be fixed by then. I just tried to get into and play, so far so good, until the error shows up again. I cannot play my game like this. I did screenshot the error so if EA or the Sims team wants to fix it, they can. I'm not going to go through a 50 step process of trying to fix it on my own, this hasn't happened until a couple weeks ago so I know its not me.

    Is this with or without mods. This error has been mod related in the past and the team is not responsible for issues caused by mods

    its not my mods. i never downloaded any new mods before this error started. the mods i have work fine without issue. and again, i never downloaded any new mods right before this error occured

    i even went and turned off my mods completely, and the error still showed up. i even moved all of my mods to a diff folder and that didnt fix it either.

    ived used the mods months before this error occurred, so if the error is mod related, the only thing i can think of is when they updated the sims now something in the update conflicts with whatever mod i have
