Game freezes at the same in game time

Today I was playing The Sims 4 and my game froze at 1.30 am (in game), the sims where standing in the place but the talking animation kept playing and the trees outside were moving in the wind, yet the time was frozen and I couldn't pause or change the speed, as well as click on any objects.

I then force quit the game and started it back up, but the same thing happened at the same exact time even though my sims were doing something different. I then tried to recover the save and that didn't help solve the problem either.

The only script mods I use are MCCC and UI Cheats, and I have been for many years. Both of them have been updated since the last update and I have played a lot in between the update and this issue occurring. 

I don't know what is causing this nor how to fix it, does anybody have the same problem or know how to solve it? (I am playing on a Mac if that's useful to know)

    Falleballe​ I had this happen a long time ago.  It took a while to figure out how to get around it.  What I did to get around it was to save right before the time it was locking up.  Switch to another household and play that household for a few minutes until the lockup time passed.  Then switch back to the household I was playing earlier.  Fortunately for me, it didn't happen again.  So, give that a try.  If you get past 1:30 in the 2nd household, then you should be good.
