Re: Game license is invalid

I have been dealing with this problem for over a year. And have gotten absolutely no help other then my posts being moved of deleted. 

Below is my original post.

"When I try to run The Sims 4 game, I keep getting this message. "The app couldn't read the game's license file, so If the problem continues, try clearing your cache."

I have been having this problem since the last EA App update. I can run other games with the app. I seems only The Sims 4 is affected.

I have cleared the cache several times as suggested. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App, as well as launching the EAUpdater.exe. I did the repair game option a couple of times. I have disabled my anti-virus and VPN. I have tried to find any solutions on the forum, but I have only seen other players posting about having the same problem, but not getting any answers or help. Other then moving and locking of posts."

Since then, I now can't play any of my games in my library and I get the same error message. This is a problem with the EA App.
