Get to work pack not working
Hey guys so I repaired the game and I cleared the cache I also turned off my mods but my pack get to work is not showing up still. Help a girl out, I feel like I've tried everything

What are you playing your sims on? If your on a PC windows program and you are using the EA app, You can do this 1st.
go to your library, click on the 3 dots and see if you need to redownload it or confirm that it is not in your game. I hope this will help.
I'm playing on pc and it says it was downloaded
Did you do a repair from the above location? Just want to be sure. If you did and it's stille not there, you may need to log in to your EA account Account Management EA Sims , so you kinda know what to expect to see: you will need to look at your order history and it will require you to log in again and then it will want to reverify it's you and will ask to send you a code to your phone or email. after you see that it is there... the ^ next to name... will bring the pull down menu you see in picture. ( i personal need pic's to help me so I do it this way). In the menu you see the ea help. that is where you need to go for this issue. if your not able to get it fixed any other way.
