Hi so i've started playing the challenge yesterday and i actually have got the newsletter 4 times but it still shows i haven't got it right? Any help please

Did you get your sim to read it?
yes i read it 4 times but nothing
The entire event is glitched. There are multiple reports over on AHQ. Tasks don't check off and if you go into CAS or travel the whole thing gets borked. I traveled to find some sims to "ask about ambrosia" and suddenly there was no option to ask them about ambrosia. I traveled back to my lot and the UI for the event was blank. Another poorly implemented event that no one wanted to begin with.
