Are there any aspiration trait that allows my sim to slack off from work? I want to be able to skip work and not have any consequences. Thank you for your help!

I see I'm late to this one. I was about to suggest the trait from the aspiration rewards.
Lets say I stop going to work, will this trait prevent me from getting fired?
