Somehow when my sim is at a lot. He suppose to talk to clients but they arent there i need help

EmpoweredSleetYou didn't mess up, unfortunately. That's a bug. Lately, I've only had this happen if I'm redoing a venue/community lot. The people always show up when I decorate their homes where they live.
This is my workaround: I only take venue gigs from single-sim households. Before the gig starts, I click on the person's home. The person's panel will come up showing their traits and aspiration. If you hover over the likes/dislikes icon, it will tell you all their likes and dislikes. Make a note of them, then use those preferences when you makeover the venue.
Example: I had a gig to renovate a gym for a sim named Logan Hogan. After I accepted the gig, I took my decorator sim traveling and I clicked on Logan's house. I saw on her panel that she liked blue, liked French country, and disliked some things. When I showed up to the gym at the start of the work day, Logan wasn't there. I proceeded to give the gym a blue, French Country makeover. When I was finished with this, I called Logan "back" to the lot, showed her blue French Country gym, and she was delighted. Got a big tip.
