Luxana49 All your screenshots seem to be from above looking down into the room. Are you zoomed in far enough that your camera would actually be inside the house when you tab into the free camera mode?
I know this is an old thread, but ceilings have been a long-standing complaint of mine. My complaint is that when using Tab to enter free camera mode, you are no longer in build mode and can't access any of the build mode tools. As a result, using the eyedropper to copy a ceiling's texture is impossible.
To clarify for Luxana49 however, ceilings cannot be viewed from above in any view mode. You need to move the camera below the ceiling level and look up to see them. Make sure your walls are up before using Tab to enter free camera mode, or use the Home key once or twice while in free camera mode to do the same. At that point, use the E and D keys on your keyboard (like "Elevate" and "Descend") to glide up or down through a ceiling. Once you are below the ceiling, you can look around using the mouse, including looking up at the ceiling.
If you elevate into an upper floor and it isn't visible, use the PageUp key a few times to display all upper floors. Just be aware that when you leave free camera mode, you will be left looking down from above the roof.
