Re: [Patch 1.117 on] When Loading ANY Household, Returns to World Select Screen

every time i try to enter the house i click on the house it gives mr a loading screen and then bringing me back to the world map. i tried reparing the game in the ea app multiple times ansd it didnt help. i tried re-downloading the game didint help. i tried creating a new modes folder and it also didnt help i relly like if you guys can help me. thanks a lot.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
