I lost everything!!!!
Any one else update their game and lose their family? I worked on this family for months and got them to a really good place. Now this stupid update deleted everything and I had to start from scratch! Do better EA!

Hey, I play on PC. It glitches a lot. I will be playing it will just go onto my desktop then back onto the game.
I've had the exact same thing. My saves are all in the correct folder but suddenly they were gone. I've started a new save now and it works fine so i don't understand where all my other saves went. I'm on PC as well. No issues with any of my mods or cc either
I’m sorry about that. It’s so frustrating starting again! After you’ve built up & spent so much on your family. EA better sort out their updates. Tired of the glitches and losing things!
I'm very sorry this happened to you. I'm way late to try to help, but do please remember to always, always, ALWAYS back up your game folder prior to a patch. I lost my Rock Star and his family back in 2020-ish. I totally understand what you're going through. It happened to me once, as well.
