Just wanted to update and let anyone know who reads this that I tested this again in an unmodded, fully updated game, and it's still an issue. I had hoped that after so many updates and hotfixes, they'd have discovered what would cause this, but they have not. My only hope for my saves that unfortunately have this lot in this location is, if they're able to find out what's causing the corrupted saves related to For Rent, they might find what's causing this game breaking bug as well, since this issue occurred around the December 2023 patch that came before For Rent. I have no workaround for this issue, so if any Gurus happen to see this post, please look into what may be causing it. :(
