Life & Death world not available on Mac

I pre-ordered Life & Death ages ago.  I was charged for the transaction, and it shows in the app as being in my library.  However, I just made a new sim, and when I went to pick a home world the new world for Life & Death is not an option -- the last world available is Tomarang.

Has anyone else had this happen?  How did you solve it for a mac?  I currently have no mods running.

    AbbySF  Does the other content from L&D appear in your game, for example Build/Buy or CAS items?  If so, can you load the world in a new save?  I'm not sure from your description whether you started an entirely new save or just made a new sim in an existing save.
