My game continues to give me this error code everytime I play

Ever since the update I've had to keep making new characters. I keep getting Game failed to load it's recommended you relaunch the Game. I have tried closing the game completely, and turning my playstation completely off then back on doesn't work at all. Anyine know what to do?
