After the update, my game has been glitching. Like I'm js playing and then I cant switch to another person in my household and the sims wont do what I tell them to do like they js stand still. When that happens I try to save and go back in hoping it will be fixed, but then it saves but the game wont close. I tried everything but it isn't working😭😭 (I don't even have mods or cc)
MERYEMMM Try moving your sims to a different house, as a test. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether these issues are still present.
