My rewards for completing the 7-day login event have disappeared from my account. Could you please assist me on this issue and how I can retrieve these rewards? I have not transferred my account to another PC, I have consistently used the same device.

Same here! The workout jumpsuit?? Gone. I don't understand and I'm annoyed. It was after the latest update that everything disappeared. I play everyday so I know I had every item.
