Neighborhood Stories stopped telling me who is in a relationship.

Lately neighborhood stories stopped telling me who is dating anymore. I use to get notifications of whose is dating then I would go into those households and move those sims in together if confirmed. When I get break up notifications I would do the opposite. I get break up notifications that are confirmed (thanks for update) and sims getting back together but no new relationship. It has been about 10 in game weeks since “sim1 and sim2 started dating” notification appeared.
I thought it was just my main save, so I made a new save on console played about four in game weeks, then did the same with base game pc version no mods. Same results. Any way to fix this? Should I randomly go into households from time to time and check that way they since friendship changes do appear with no issue? Do I need Lovestruck now for this to work?
