Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hey so i haven’t played the sims in a hot minute and last night i was finally gonna jump back into it when my game updates when i hit “play”. So i was like “whatever it’s just another update” but when i actually opened the game all of my packs (ALL OF THEM) are gone. in total i think i had like 13 or 14 ? which adds up to around to roughly $430 something. i’ve tried just about everything that i’ve read online, ive repaired the game, I've cleared my cache, I've checked “my collection” in the market place but it literally shows up as if ive never once bought a pack before, ive restarted my Mac, uninstalled the game and then reinstalled, everything. Can someone help me please? as someone who's poured a lot of time and money into this game im literally heartbroken. i really don’t know what happened.
