Random skin replacement: purple and flames design

One of my characters now has purple skin that becomes a flame detail near the arms. Hands and arms are yellow, orange, and red flames.

It’s not a tattoo. It’s not custom content, that’s disabled. It doesn’t change in CAS. Sim doesn’t have an ailment or curse.
