@melliemel34544  Yes, it's far more than you need for Sims 4.  The entire game, all packs included, takes up around 50 GB.  Saves are typically in the tens of MB, and even if you downloaded 100 GB of custom content, which is more cc than anyone could ever use (not to mention the very long loading times that would come with it), you wouldn't come close to filling your hard drive.

    and i'm assuming it will also depend on how many mods i download as well into the system?

    @melliemel34544  Not really.  Even if you have a couple hundred mods, they'd probably take up less than 5 GB total.  And there really aren't that many mods out there, plus some of them conflict with each other, not to mention that having too many can drag performance down depending on what they do.  So there's a soft limit on how many mods you can realistically install.
