Re: Add ability to lock relationships to never be culled

@simsplayer818huh okay I thought that this part "3. Certain relationship bits can prevent the relationship being culled anyways. " would have indicated that it shouldn't be possible to forget immediate family. :0 I'd really like to see someone from the team answer this. It would help us players to understand how to manage our relationships better if we knew which relationship bits are actually keeping the relationship from culling.

Could we tag someone so we could maybe get a response on this?
