@Mollan1919 I'm sad to be able to say that is not possible at all to do that, as far as I know: when an infant cry, all the sims in a good relationship with him will try to help him, causing the matters that you are experiencing, I know.
My only solution to avoid the matters at the moment is to keep just one older sim in the same household that has to take care of the infant.
