@mysticfairy1 I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you, I really wish people wouldn't spoil things for everyone else, the Sims should be a safe space for all of us. Here's a link to report the player who is behaving badly:

You can also delete any comments they've made by clicking on them in the comments section but the best thing to do is probably to click each one and select the little flag to report each one as abuse. I think blocking may be different depending on your platform so if you need more help just pop a reply here and let us know if you are playing on PC/Xbox/PS.

I am playing on a PC and my friend, MelinaDarkKnight, who is receiving the bulk of the abuse, is playing on a MAC PC. The player has been reported but always walks that thin line between not quite doing anything for EA to ban them. We just want to block them from our profiles. Like I said, the language suggests it is a child.

@mysticfairy1 I found an old thread here with an answer for PC that might help, it has an image of the page I think you'll need and includes the block list. I'm on Xbox so mine is a bit different. Luckily I've never had to use it.

Abuse is horrible whoever it is and it actually saddens me more if is a child who possibly thinks it's funny but it's really not. It's the reason I stopped using Social Media as I wasn't protected from my former school bully...one instance of abuse was one too many and I was done. Luckily I've found that EA do take this seriously in my experience both on this site and in the game, I only wish other companies did the same.
